About Will

As Milton Law Group’s Senior Tax Manager, Will Stonecipher is primarily responsible for tax return preparation and planning for individuals, small businesses, estates, and nonprofit clients.

Will is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and regularly stays up to date on tax laws and regulations that could impact clients from not only a planning perspective but also from a tax resolution standpoint for those with IRS problems.

“When working with clients facing tax issues, my approach is always to identify the scope of the situation upfront and then advise on the best possible outcomes and solutions to resolve the matter in an effective and efficient manner,” Will said. “I hope my clients see me as an approachable point of contact in a continuously changing tax world.”

A second-level thinker with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and eagerness to innovate, Will previously worked in supply chain analytics and financial operations for World Wide Technology and Centene, respectively, before spending three years at Deloitte Tax as a Senior Tax Consultant.

In addition to overseeing tax preparation and planning for Milton Law Group clients, Will assists with bookkeeping, compliance reporting, IRS audits, estate planning, and reconstructing income and expense statements for non-filers.
