I was looking for a tax attorney for some old business related tax issues (Nearly 10 years old), and coincidentally I heard Mark’s name advertised on 590 AM on The Morning After. After contacting Mark I found he was exactly what several friends of mine (all attorneys, but none of them tax attorneys) told me I should look for in an attorney; someone young enough to still be motivated (not some old stodgy guy in a wrinkled suit, coasting into retirement), yet experienced (preferably with IRS or DOJ experience), and someone not a part of a ‘big name’ firm (read: outrageously expensive.) Mark is all of these. He knew exactly what to do, and in the end talked me into a strategy that would actually save me money vs. a different strategy that would have made him a lot of money. Definitely had my interest at heart. He’s not cheap, but he’s definitely a great value.
