Kate LaFlamme is the Client Services Coordinator at Milton Law Group. Bringing a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a highly organized approach to case management, Kate serves as the primary point of contact for the firm’s clients.

She oversees the client intake and onboarding process, ensuring that every individual receives welcoming, prompt, and confidential support from their initial consultation through case resolution.

Before joining Milton Law Group, Kate developed her legal and administrative skills working as a Legal Assistant at a personal injury firm in Springfield, Missouri, where she managed case files, coordinated client communications, and maintained attorney calendars. 

Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Missouri State University, as well as a Certificate in Criminal Investigation.

Her background in psychology, including her past experience providing one-on-one therapy to children as a Registered Behavioral Technician, equips her with a unique, empathetic perspective that perfectly complements Milton Law Group’s approachable Midwestern vibe.
