Announcing Our New Associate Attorney: Evan Spears

We are thrilled to share some exciting news within the Milton Law Group family: Evan Spears has passed the Missouri Bar Exam and has been promoted from Law Clerk to Associate Attorney!

Evan’s dedication to our firm and his clients has been evident since he first joined our team. His official oath of admission was recently presided over by The Honorable Matthew T. Schelp, District Judge, United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, marking his formal transition to practicing attorney.

Evan will continue to focus his practice on Tax Controversy, Tax Planning, and Estate Planning. He was initially drawn to these areas because the law is constantly evolving and applies to nearly everyone, requiring focused expertise to navigate.

When discussing his philosophy, Evan emphasizes his commitment to clients facing stressful situations. “I focus on listening carefully and thinking critically to resolve issues in a way that makes clients feel more at ease during a stressful situation,” he says.

Evan’s strong educational background, including his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law and an MBA, provides him with the analytical tools needed to be both a detail-oriented professional and a zealous advocate for our clients’ goals.
