Mark C. Milton Named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for Sixth Straight Year

Tax Lawyer Mark Milton Rising Star by Super Lawyers award

We’re thrilled to announce that Mark C. Milton, Managing Attorney of Milton Law Group, has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers® for the sixth year in a row!

This prestigious honor is awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state, and it’s a testament to Mark’s exceptional legal skills and dedication to his clients.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters rating service, uses a rigorous multi-phase selection process to identify outstanding attorneys. The process begins with peer nominations, where lawyers nominate their colleagues who they believe have demonstrated excellence in their practice area.

These nominations are then evaluated based on 12 indicators of professional achievement and peer recognition, including experience, honors and awards, special licenses and certifications, pro bono and community service, and scholarly lectures and writings.

Mark’s selection as a Rising Star for six consecutive years highlights his consistent commitment to providing top-notch legal services. His journey began as a Trial Attorney with the Department of Justice Tax Division in Washington, DC, where he honed his skills and earned the DOJ’s Outstanding Trial Attorney Award in 2014.

Today, Mark leads Milton Law Group, specializing in a range of complex legal matters, including tax controversies, white collar criminal defense, healthcare and securities fraud defense, corporate internal investigations, and business litigation. He represents both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies, showcasing his versatility and expertise.

This recognition from Super Lawyers underscores Mark’s continued dedication to legal excellence. Congratulations, Mark, on this well-deserved achievement!
